De WoordRecyclagerie is een artistiek, participatief Pop-up Project. Twee weken lang kan je een lastig woord, een woord dat je bang, boos of verdrietig maakt, achterlaten in het Recyclagepark. Hier online of op de plek waar we te gast zijn. Daarna sluit het park en gaat het recyclage team aan het werk. Anderhalve maand later word je uitgenodigd voor een poëtisch-muzikale performance die al deze woorden heeft herwerkt tot schoonheid. Tot een moment dat raakt en verbindt.

La Recyclerie des Mots est un projet socio-artistique éphémère qui offre une seconde vie aux mots. Pendant deux semaines, chacun peut déposer un mot lourd, confus ou difficile – en ligne ou dans un parc de recyclage installé sur place. Ensuite, ces mots sont transformés en poésie, musique et rituel lors d’une performance qui crée du lien et de la beauté. Le projet favorise la rencontre, la réflexion et la co-création. Grâce à des menus multilingues et à un site web bientôt disponible en français et en anglais, nous touchons un public large et diversifié. Les participants peuvent même choisir de faire partie de la performance via le menu de recyclage. La Recyclerie des Mots fait du langage une expérience partagée qui unit et inspire.

The Word Recyclery is a temporary socio-artistic project that gives words a second life. For two weeks, anyone can drop off a heavy, confusing, or difficult word—either online or at a recycling station set up on site. These words are then transformed into poetry, music, and ritual during a performance that creates connection and beauty. The project encourages encounters, reflection, and co-creation. With multilingual menus and a website soon available in both French and English, we reach a wide and diverse audience. Participants can even choose to take part in the performance through the recycling menu.
