We invite you for a drink at Les Halles on Friday 9th October from 6pm and meet the forty-odd project holders who present their ideas as part of the 3rd edition of Europe Refresh. There’s no entrance fee and it’s open to everyone. Come and discover the initiatives, exchange with the participants, support them and share with them your expertise. All weekend long, there will also be plenty of debates, workshops and ways of exchanging ideas. Europe Refresh is a participatory and civil event that needs you!
